Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the market place and surrounded by beautiful hiking trails. However, the room cleanliness was subpar with trash under the bed and dirt on the floor. Despite some shortcomings, the staff was more than friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience pleasant.
The hotel had beautiful grounds and views, but the rooms were poor and had an odor that didn't meet the high standards we expected. The service was extremely polite and helpful, making our stay pleasant. The location's hiking opportunities were a highlight, although some cleaning issues were noticeable. The dining experience was below expectations, with unappetizing options. Overall, a mixed experience with notable drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located in the area and offers great security features. Although the rooms were cramped and felt outdated like an unrenovated motel, the staff provided conflicting information about upgrades and discounts. The dining options were limited, and guests were pressured with timeshare programs. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and several drawbacks.
